To ensure a successful re-pairing of your NeXus Bluetooth device, follow the steps below:

  1. Access Devices and Printers:
    • Simultaneously press the Windows logo key and R to bring up the run dialogue box.
    • Enter control printers and hit OK to open the Devices and Printers window.
  2. Remove the NeXus Device:
    • In the Devices and Printers window, locate and right-click on the NeXus device.
    • Select Remove device to delete it from the list.
  3. Add the NeXus Device Again:
    • Ensure the NeXus device is turned on.
    • Click the Add a device button and wait for the device to be detected.
    • From the list of available devices, select the NeXus device.
    • When prompted, enter the passcode, which is the last 4 digits of the device's serial number, displayed on the device's screen.
