Optional Extended Terms

For organizations requiring more flexibility, an extended term may be agreed:

Net 30 days for 1% additional surcharge
a cost-based financing fee that reflects our actual cost of capital, additional administration, and deferred cashflow — ensuring fairness for all users.

Late Payment Policy

If payment is not received within the agreed term:

the 1% monthly surcharge continues to apply;
reminder administration costs may be charged;
extrajudicial collection costs and third-party fees may be passed through;
future deliveries may be suspended until the balance is resolved.
