Repairs and Returns Policy
At Mind Media, we strive to provide high-quality support for our NeXus systems and sensors. To ensure a smooth process, all repairs and returns must adhere to the following guidelines.
Initiating a Repair or Return
Repairs and returns can only be initiated after approval from the Mind Media Support team. Once approval is granted, customers will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
By submitting the RMA form, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms for research and repair of NeXus systems and sensors.
Warranty Repairs
For warranty claims, the same procedure applies. Customers must obtain approval from the Mind Media Support team and submit the RMA form before proceeding with the return or repair.

All products for repair or warranty return must be shipped exclusively to:

Products shipped to an incorrect address will be at the customer’s expense. Please ensure the correct shipping details before dispatching any returns.
