Step-by-Step Guide to Activating BioTrace+ Software
Activating your BioTrace+ software is a straightforward process that involves a few simple steps. Ensure your NeXus device is connected and powered on before you begin.
- Launch the BioTrace+ application. Upon opening, the 'Introduction' screen will be displayed.
- Select Continue on the 'Introduction' screen.
- To register a new Mind Media account, choose Register or visit Mind Media Account Registration.
- Complete the registration form with your details. Note: Avoid using special characters in your password (like: ‘ ” [ ] / \ $ &).
- Verify your email address by clicking on the link sent to your inbox. If you don't see the email, check your Spam folder.
Online Activation
- Once your email is confirmed, return to the sign-in screen of BioTrace+ and log in with your Mind Media account credentials.
- Click on Activate. You will receive a confirmation once BioTrace+ is successfully activated.
Offline Activation
In case you're unable to connect to the internet, the software also supports offline activation.
Click on Activate to open the offline activation screen, then you can use either of below option to get activation key.
- Connect with Mindmedia support to request an Activation Key, provide Request Key and Registerd email.
- Use Online Key Generator from Mindmedia website, specify Request Key and Registerd email to generate Activation key.
The offline activation screen will only be opened when the computer is not connected to Internet/Wifi. Once you have the key, enter it as directed and activate your software.
