Troubleshooting Video Playback Issues
If you encounter problems while playing video files within the software, it is recommended to update your system's Windows Video Codec. A suggested solution is the K-Lite Video Codec Pack Basic, which can be downloaded here. Install the codec pack at your own risk and choose 'Normal' as your Installation Mode when prompted.
